New Property Sale Record for Promenade Condos
SARASOTA, FLA (March 3, 2023) – Walter Group recently set an all-time record for their sale of Promenade Penthouse #1003. In 2022 Walter Group represented Tampa area buyers looking for an opportunity to acquire a penthouse on Longboat Key. After closing on the 10th floor ‘fixer-upper’ in March 2022, the owners completely renovated the 3BR/3.5BA/2,600sf penthouse.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the owner could not spend as much time on Longboat Key as they had initially intended and reached out again to Walter Group for a consultation. The owner did not want to go through the process of listing and showing the property and asked Walter Group to market the beautifully renovated penthouse privately.
Within days, Walter Group presented a contract to the owner at his full asking price. Walter Group administered all aspects of the contract-to-closing process to finalize the record-setting sale.
